last night I dreamed...
I see a UFO again. I just happened to look out the window and I notice a probe-looking craft hover and fly closer to the windoow. Once it notices me I walk up to the window while telepathically saying "hello."
It zooms around in circles for a bit in response and I feel simultaneously scared and excited! I engage my breathing to dispell the fear energy as my body freezes and begins levitating, the probe and me locked floating there making "eye contact" for maybe a minute. I think it's scanning me.
I feel energy surround and penetrate my cells, which is where the fear was coming from, but I hold myself in wholeness so nothing was painful or scary anymore.
Being suspended in the air, it wasn't a tractor beam per say, because the energy holding my body in that temporary stasis was my own (similar to astral flying) only quantized to the energy of the probe observing me. I do not recall lights, but the world appeared to shift and vibrate around me as I am locked in the mutual stare, floating a few feet off the floor.
I later tell my dream friends about the probe to no memorable consequence.
